- Approved the organizational chart

        C) resources, including human resources (nurses, technicians and skilled workers, aid workers, operating room and anesthesia and other related box), physical structure and facilities

3. The nursing staff participation in decision-making and internal committees

4. coordination and active participation in health planning

5. Planning for the prevention of nosocomial infections

6. Determination of human resource estimate based on system-oriented systems in various sectors

7. Suggest the selection and transfer of staff under the supervision of the head of the hospital

8. decisions regarding leave, missions, and transfer nursing staff

9. leadership and guidance relevant units in order to achieve the organization's goals

10. necessary measures in order to strengthen the motivation of employees (reward and punishment)

11. The sessions associated with units inside and outside the hospital

12. The educational needs of employees

13. Handle Problem nursing staff

14. create an appropriate context for research activities

15. monitor and control the quality of nursing care based on standards using appropriate tools (Checklist, etc.)
